Mommy helped plan the first ever Easter Egg Hunt at Wooddale today. She planned it with her friends and had only about 3 weeks to do it. They got a lot of donations and were able to put candy in over 1100 eggs. She had no idea how many people would show up...so they unfortunately didn't have enough eggs for everyone. I guess that over 200 kids and their parents showed up! The event was a success, and it seems that they are going to do it again next year...with more eggs! Good thing she went out and bought some extra candy...just in case some kids didn't get very many eggs, or had peanut allergies! Can't wait to do it again next year, and maybe I can even come early and help hide them!
